Shipping & Returns
Return / Cancellation Policy
All returns must be “Authorized” in advance to be eligible for return credit. “Custom” items cannot be returned! Please call, within 30 days of purchase, to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and shipping instructions. RA’s for purchase dates beyond 30 days shall be at our discretion. If the return is due to an error on our part the merchandise will be replaced at no additional cost. All other returns are subject to a 20% restock fee plus the cost of any damaged and/or missing parts and customer is liable for all shipping charges.
The only time an order can be cancelled is when it has not yet left our facility and/or it is not a “custom” part that has already been produced. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Shipping / Back Order Policy
If we are out of stock or short on stock and shipped a partial order we will “back order” those unshipped items and ship when produced. We will provide you with an approximate production date. We manufacture our clamshells in a “Series” rotation and cannot deviate from schedule. Maximum time between rotations is 6 weeks. Please place your order with this in mind.
