Return Policy

All products returned to ClearPack Engineering, Inc. must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us and will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. RA’s will only be issued within 30 days of the original invoice date.

RA’s expire 15 days after issue date and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returned products must be in complete resalable condition to receive credit or exchange.

A valid RA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.

Shipping Policy

Most clamshells are in stock, although we can not maintain adequate stock on all clamshells all the time. If we are out of stock, you will be notified and will be given a approximate manufacturing schedule date.

We manufacture our clamshells in a Series Rotation and can not deviate from schedule. Maximum time between series rotations, are 6 weeks. Please place your order with this in mind.
